Trauma-Informed, Consciousness & Identity Embodiment

A mentorship for practitioners seeking deeper methods, tools, and confidence in working with trauma, identity, embodiment, and the subconscious processes that shape psychological transformation.

MENTORING TRACK

Craving Something Deeper

I know what it feels like to work with clients and sense there must be deeper, more powerful tools.

We learn valuable models, techniques, and therapeutic frameworks. Yet in practice there are moments when insight alone does not reach the deeper layers where change truly unfolds. Clients may understand their patterns, yet something in the nervous system still carries the past. Identity remains organized around older experiences even after those experiences have been named.

It is often in these moments that practitioners begin to feel a subtle pull toward something deeper. A curiosity about the dimensions of transformation that are not always addressed directly in conventional training.

I know that feeling well.

 TAKE YOUR CLIENTS DEEPER

Psychological Architecture

Across many years of clinical work, I found myself repeatedly asking questions about the deeper architecture of change. How does identity reorganize after trauma? Why do some insights lead to real transformation while others remain intellectual? What role does embodiment play in allowing psychological change to become lived experience rather than simply understood?

Following those questions led me far beyond any single discipline.

My own path has moved through psychology, integrative medicine, trauma-informed practice, subconscious work, and the study of consciousness. Alongside formal academic and clinical training, I spent many years exploring areas that are rarely included in traditional programs, including the development of practitioner intuition, spiritual traditions of healing, mediumship, and deeper forms of subconscious exploration such as life-between-lives work and karmic healing. These studies were not pursued as belief systems, but as ways of understanding how identity, meaning, and human experience can organize across multiple layers of awareness.

Over time, these different streams began to converge into a deeper understanding of transformation itself.

CHANGE YOUR WORK

POWERFUL Tools & Practices

What became clear is that meaningful change often requires engaging dimensions of experience that extend beyond cognitive insight alone. This includes the organization of the nervous system after trauma, the subconscious structures through which identity forms, the role of embodiment in integrating psychological change, and the intuitive and relational capacities of the practitioner.

Hypnotherapy became an especially powerful bridge within this work. When practiced in a more integrative way, it allows practitioners to move beyond standardized scripts and begin engaging directly with the unique subconscious architecture of each client’s experience.

At the same time, I became deeply interested in the intersection between science and spirituality within psychological work. Many practitioners feel drawn to both perspectives yet struggle to integrate them in a way that remains intellectually rigorous and clinically responsible. My work has always lived in that intersection, exploring how trauma research, neuroscience, embodiment practices, and deeper questions of consciousness can inform one another rather than compete.

Because my path has crossed several fields, including psychology, medicine, subconscious work, and integrative mind–body healing, I bring a perspective that bridges these worlds.

This mentorship is designed for practitioners, including coaches, hypnotherapists, therapists, and other helping professionals, who feel that same pull toward deeper understanding.

It is not about replacing the frameworks you already know. It is about expanding the depth at which you can engage the therapeutic process and building confidence in working with the complex layers of human transformation.

For practitioners who sense that there is more happening beneath the surface of the work, this mentorship offers a space to explore those layers with curiosity, rigor, and depth.
