FIND FREEDOM FROM DISORDERED EATING
AÂ Deeper Approach to intuitive eating and food freedom
Â
Intuitive eating is often described as listening to hunger, fullness, satisfaction, and body cues.
That is a beautiful beginning.
But for many people, especially those who struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, food fear, restriction, or disordered eating patterns, the path is not always that simple.
Because sometimes the body does not feel safe.
Sometimes hunger feels confusing.
Sometimes fullness feels threatening.
Sometimes food carries emotion, memory, comfort, grief, rebellion, numbness, pleasure, punishment, protection, or relief.
Sometimes what feels like lack of control is actually the nervous system trying to regulate.
Sometimes what looks like willpower breaking down is actually physiology, stress chemistry, restriction, fatigue, blood sugar shifts, or emotional depletion catching up with you.
And sometimes the reason you cannot “just listen to your body” is because your inner world has become crowded with old rules, fear, shame, body criticism, and subconscious patterns that make true intuition difficult to hear.
The Freedom Program is designed for this deeper place.
It supports intuitive eating not only as a set of principles, but as a deeper return to self-trust, body wisdom, emotional honesty, nervous system safety, and authentic inner knowing.
What makes this program different
My approach to intuition is not surface-level.
I have trained deeply in intuitive work, psychic development, mediumship, subconscious healing, hypnotherapy, meditation, and mind-body practice. I bring this into The Freedom Program in a grounded, compassionate, and embodied way.
This means we are not only asking about hunger and fullness and what body desires, but also asking deeper questions and learning real intution:asking:
“What is my body trying to tell me?”
“What part of me is reaching for food right now?”
“What am I truly needing?”
“What emotion has not had space?”
“What old belief is shaping this pattern?”
“What does my nervous system associate with safety?”
“What physiological state am I in right now?”
“What does my intuition know beneath the fear?”
“What would nourishment feel like if it came from love rather than control?”
Â
This is where the work becomes deeper.
Because binge eating and disordered eating patterns are rarely only about food.
They can be connected to emotion, identity, stress, trauma, body image, shame, nervous system dysregulation, blood sugar instability, restriction, unmet needs, subconscious protection, and the ache of being disconnected from yourself.
The Freedom Program meets those deeper layers with gentleness, structure, education, meditation, subconscious work, and private guidance.
Â
 CHANGE YOUR PSYCHOLOGICAL ARCHITECTURE
This program may be fore you if:
You struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, food fear, restriction, over-control, or cycles of “being good” and then feeling out of control.
You feel caught in disordered eating patterns that do not feel aligned with the life you want to live.
You are tired of thinking about food, your body, your weight, or your choices all the time.
You feel like traditional advice about hunger and fullness is helpful, but not enough.
You want to understand the emotional, subconscious, physiological, and nervous system roots beneath your food patterns.
You notice that binge urges or emotional eating feel stronger later in the day, especially between late afternoon and evening.
You want intuitive eating taught in a deeper, more embodied, spiritually aware, and psychologically grounded way.
You want private guidance as you learn to listen inward again.
You are ready to create a more peaceful relationship with food, body, self-worth, and inner safety.

CHANGE YOURÂ EXPERIENCE WITH FOOD, THE FAT LAYER ANDÂ
POWERFULÂ Tools & Practices - A 12 Module Journey
The Freedom Program is organized into 12 guided modules, designed to support awareness, education, subconscious healing, intuitive eating, nervous system safety, and integration.
Each module builds on the next, helping you move from confusion and shame into deeper understanding, compassion, and inner freedom.
Module 1: Understanding Your Food Story
We begin by gently exploring your relationship with food, body, hunger, fullness, control, shame, and self-trust.
This module helps you understand that your eating patterns did not appear out of nowhere. They have a story. They may have developed through stress, family messages, body criticism, dieting, emotional overwhelm, cultural pressure, trauma, or years of trying to be “good.”
The goal is not to judge the story.
The goal is to understand it with compassion.
Module 2: Why Disordered Eating Is Not a Willpower Problem
This module reframes binge eating, emotional eating, restriction, and food fear through the lens of the nervous system, physiology, emotion, and subconscious protection.
You will begin to see that many food patterns are attempts to regulate, soothe, protect, rebel, numb, or survive.
This is where shame begins to soften.
Because when we understand the function of a pattern, we can begin to meet the need underneath it.
Module 3: The Body as Messenger
This module helps you begin reconnecting with the body as a source of information rather than a problem to control.
We explore hunger, fullness, cravings, fatigue, tension, pleasure, emotion, rest, and satisfaction as messages from the body.
The focus is not perfect body listening.
The focus is rebuilding a relationship with the body slowly, gently, and honestly.
Module 4: The Subconscious Roots of Food Patterns
This module moves beneath surface behaviours into the subconscious beliefs and emotional associations that shape your relationship with food and body.
We explore the inner stories connected to worth, safety, love, approval, visibility, desire, hunger, control, and belonging.
This is where we begin asking deeper questions:
What does food protect me from feeling?
What does control help me avoid?
What does my body believe it must do to be loved, accepted, or safe?
Module 5: Intuition Beyond Hunger and Fullness
This is one of the core modules of the program.
Here, we deepen intuitive eating into true intuitive listening.
You will learn to explore the difference between authentic inner knowing, emotional urgency, anxious thought loops, old programming, body cues, cravings, and nervous system activation.
This is where intuition becomes more than a concept.
It becomes a practice of listening beneath the noise.
Module 6: Emotional Eating, Binge Urges, and the Need Beneath the Pattern
This module explores the emotional landscape beneath binge eating and emotional eating.
Instead of asking, “How do I stop this?”
We begin by asking, “What is this trying to help me feel, avoid, express, or survive?”
You will learn to identify the moments before the urge, the emotional state beneath the pattern, and the deeper need asking for care.
Module 7: Restriction, Rebellion, and the All-or-Nothing Cycle
This module explores how restriction, food rules, perfectionism, and the pressure to be “good” can intensify disordered eating patterns.
We look at the cycle of control and rebellion with compassion.
This is where you begin to understand why more discipline often makes the pattern stronger, and why freedom requires safety, permission, structure, and trust.
Module 8: Body Shame and the Inner Critic
This module works with the voice of body shame.
We explore where the inner critic came from, what it is trying to protect, and how to begin relating to your body with more compassion and less hostility.
This is not about forcing yourself to love every part of your body overnight.
It is about creating enough safety to stop using shame as a strategy.
Module 9: Nervous System Safety and Food Freedom
This module explores the role of stress, overwhelm, fight-or-flight, shutdown, and emotional activation in disordered eating patterns.
You will learn why food can become a nervous system tool, and how to begin building other pathways for grounding, regulation, self-soothing, and inner safety.
This is where the body begins to learn that food does not have to carry everything.
Module 10: The Evening Binge, Why Binge Urges Often Intensify from 4 to 8 pm
This bonus-style physiology module is one of the most important pieces of the program.
Many people notice that they feel more vulnerable to binge urges, emotional eating, cravings, or loss-of-control eating in the late afternoon or evening.
This is not random.
In this module, we explore the physiology behind the 4 to 8 pm window, including:
Blood sugar dips after an under-fuelled day.
Cortisol rhythm changes as the body moves out of daytime drive.
Decision fatigue after hours of self-control and responsibility.
Nervous system depletion after stress, work, caregiving, or social masking.
Low dopamine or low reward after a day of pressure and productivity.
Restriction rebound when the body has not received enough food earlier.
Emotional backlog from feelings that had to be pushed aside all day.
Circadian changes in appetite, reward sensitivity, and impulse control.
The goal is not to pathologize this window.
The goal is to understand it.
When you understand why the urge is stronger at this time of day, you can meet it with more skill, compassion, preparation, and body-based support.
Module 11: Rebuilding Trust with Nourishment, Pleasure, and Choice
This module helps you rebuild a more peaceful relationship with nourishment.
We explore permission, satisfaction, pleasure, gentle structure, intuitive choice, and the difference between nourishment from love and control from fear.
This is where food becomes less charged.
Less moralized.
Less frightening.
More human.
More flexible.
More connected to care.
Module 12: Integration, Freedom, and Coming Home to Yourself
The final module helps you integrate the work into your life.
We explore how to continue practicing intuitive listening, emotional awareness, body connection, subconscious healing, and self-compassion beyond the program.
This is not about graduating into perfection.
It is about leaving with a deeper relationship with yourself.
A relationship you can keep returning to.
Bonus content: The physiology and psychology behind binge eating and food urges
The Freedom Program includes bonus educational content on the physiology behind binge eating, emotional eating, cravings, and late-day food urges.
This content helps you understand what may be happening in the body when food feels urgent or difficult to regulate.
We explore topics such as:
Blood sugar patterns.
Cortisol and stress chemistry.
Restriction and rebound hunger.
Dopamine, reward, and the need for pleasure.
The nervous system and emotional regulation.
Sleep, fatigue, and impulse control.
The late-afternoon and evening vulnerability window.
Why binge urges often intensify from 4 to 8 pm.
How to support the body earlier in the day so the evening does not become the place where everything collapses.
This piece is deeply important because many people blame themselves for patterns that are partly physiological.
When you understand the body, the shame begins to soften.
And when shame softens, real change becomes more possible.

WHAT SETS
this apart
1. PRIVATE SESSIONS
One of the most important aspects of The Freedom Program is that you are personally guided through the process.
You are not simply given information and left to navigate it alone. Alongside the educational and reflective components of the program, you will also have private sessions with me so that what is arising for you can be met with depth, context, and care.
These sessions create space to explore the deeper layers beneath patterns with food, body image, control, shame, emotion, physiology, and self-trust. As you move through the material, we work with what is actually happening in your lived experience, so the process becomes personal, embodied, and meaningful.
This allows the work to become more than intellectual understanding. It becomes an opportunity for guided integration, deeper insight, and lasting change.
2. INTEGRATING NEUROSCIENCE AND PHYSIOLOGY
What makes this work distinct is that it does not approach disordered eating through only one lens.
My background in both medicine and psychology allows me to help you understand the relationship between the brain, the nervous system, physiology, trauma, stress, identity, and eating behaviour. Rather than separating these pieces, we bring them together so you can begin to see the full architecture of what has been shaping your experience.
This means we explore not only the emotional and psychological patterns involved, but also the underlying physiology that can influence regulation, hunger, stress response, body perception, and recovery.
When these layers are understood together, the work often becomes more coherent, more compassionate, and more effective.
Â
3. IDENTITY AND GENERATIVE PSYCHOLOGY
Disordered eating is rarely only about food. It is often deeply connected to identity, adaptation, protection, and the ways the self has learned to organize around pain, control, safety, and belonging.
In this part of the work, we explore how identity forms, how it becomes patterned over time, and how it can begin to reorganize in a way that supports greater freedom. We look at the stories, roles, internal beliefs, and protective structures that may have become intertwined with food, body, and self-worth.
Drawing from generative psychology, this process is not only about understanding where patterns came from. It is also about creating the conditions for something new to emerge. The goal is not simply symptom reduction, but deeper transformation in how you relate to yourself, your body, and your life.
4. THE GOLDEN FLEECE AND THE BODY'S PROTECTIVE WISDOM

Â
GUIDED MEDITATIONS & HYPNOTHERPAY
for a deeper experience of subconscious healing
A central part of The Freedom Program is the use of guided meditations and hypnotherapy for subconscious inner work.
These practices are designed to help you move beneath the surface mind and into the deeper inner places where disordered eating patterns often live.
In these guided experiences, you may be invited to explore:
The parts of you that learned food was safety, comfort, control, rebellion, reward, or relief.
The younger self who learned to feel watched, judged, unsafe, unseen, or not enough.
The subconscious beliefs attached to body size, worth, love, acceptance, approval, and protection.
The emotional roots beneath binge eating, restriction, food fear, self-criticism, or body shame.
The body’s deeper need for safety, softness, nourishment, rest, pleasure, and belonging.
The difference between old fear and present-moment truth.
The possibility of hearing your intuition beneath the noise of food rules and body shame.
This is not about forcing yourself to change.
It is about creating a compassionate inner environment where deeper patterns can be heard, softened, and reorganized over time.

Testimonials
Karen Olson, Intuitive Coach
I recently did in an intensive 10 weeks with Haile. I must say, wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect, with only a little bit of understanding on what was to come. First of all, how amazing to reconnect with the meditation tracks that she has created and secondly, it was soul nourishing to be in circle with Dr Haile and others.
When we got into the guided audio tracks about past lives and soul council, I started to have some profound experiences…seeing scenarios that gave me deep insight into myself, some of my patterns and also some of my trigger origins. Also to deeply remember that I am never alone in this life and that I’m on the right track regarding purpose and passion. These tracks and experiences created space for healing, understanding and compassion for self.
Working with Haile during these sessions, & multiple times now, has given me many insights to who I am, how I can show up in this world, and to deepen my (self ) awareness around the work I do & alignment to soul. I feel that this work has changed my ability to trust my intuition further and that there’s more of a lightness to my being.
I would totally recommend working with Haile. Your whole life will change and you are worth the investment.
Trixie Hennessey, RSW, Therapist
Learning with Haile provided a beautiful and sacred space in which to explore the dark side of my self-doubt, and find the courage to face the light of my authentic self. Now, I have the language to articulate everything I always knew. I now believe in myself so deeply that even my heart smiles : ) I savoured every minute of this and recommend this work to anyone seeking inspired clarity both personally and professionally. I warmly suggest that everyone take a deep dive into the depths of their intuition, it is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
Abigail Zsenai, Clinical Hypnotherapist
I was mentored by Haile in intuition, hypnotherapy, advanced hypnotherapy and trauma-informed embodiment. Every single thing she offers is absolutely incredible. It has changed everything about my work with clients and it is changing lives. Trust me when I say this is DEEP and incredible work to learn.Â
Georgia Maren, Life Coach
I have done private sessions and completed the mentoring intensive with Haile. This work completely changed my life. It started with a lot of private sessions going into these incredible subconscious journeys to meet my guides, heal and explore past lives, and it seemed like the guided tracks kept getting better. I wanted to change some bad habits, resolve anxiety and a few past traumas, and find love. The soul design journeys blew me away! Going to the spaces to explore purpose and milestones is so incredible! My heart exploded in so many ways. And my life began to change! Then, I did the Greatest Love Journey and the 8 steps with the story and the amazing guided tracks took me to past lives to explore love, and remove blocks. I was so excited every week for the next chapter to release. And after the whole thing, I felt like my heart was open and I felt loveable for the first time in my life! Then, 4 months later I met the love of my life. I am POSITIVE that this process opened my heart. I can't even explain how amazing this has been and Haile is pure magic.Â
I think all women need to do this process! It's like opening up everything our hearts want to tell us.
I also completed the mentoring track, mostly to more deeply understand how to work with clients in the exact ways I experienced with her. I am so glad I didi. It is the most beautiful deep work.
