Food Freedom & Body LoveÂ
A three-month small-group journey into the deeper patterns shaping your relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
Our relationships with food and our bodies are rarely just about food.
Underneath can live years of messages about what our bodies should look like, how much space we are allowed to take up, what makes us worthy, how we soothe ourselves, how we seek control, and what we have learned to believe about ourselves.
Sometimes we understand these patterns intellectually and still find ourselves living inside them.
Food Freedom & Body Love is an invitation to go deeper.
Over three months, we’ll meet every other week, giving us time to explore the subconscious and emotional patterns underneath our relationship with food and our bodies, while also creating space between sessions for the work to settle into everyday life.
Through hypnotherapy, guided imagery, meditation, subconscious exploration, reflective practices, and our small-group gatherings, we’ll gently explore the stories and experiences that have shaped how you relate to food, your body, and yourself.
This isn’t about creating another set of rules or another way your body needs to be different.
It is about becoming curious about what lives underneath the struggle and creating more space for trust, embodiment, pleasure, self-compassion, and freedom.
Included
• Six live small-group sessions over three months, meeting every other week
• Guided hypnotherapy, meditation, and subconscious journeys to take the work deeper
• Reflective exercises and integration practices between our gatherings
• Exploration of the emotional and subconscious patterns connected to food and body image
• Practices for developing greater body awareness, self-trust, and connection
• Space to explore identity, self-worth, control, perfectionism, pleasure, nourishment, and the meaning we attach to our bodies
• An intentionally small group where there is space to be known, participate, share, and connect with others moving through the journey alongside you
Throughout this journey, we’ll explore questions such as:
• What has my relationship with food been trying to do for me?
• Where did I learn what my body was supposed to look like?
• What beliefs about worth, attractiveness, control, or belonging have become attached to my body?
• How do emotions, stress, safety, and old experiences influence my relationship with food?
• What happens when I stop treating my body as a problem to solve?
• What does it feel like to listen to my body rather than constantly evaluate it?
• Where have pleasure and nourishment become complicated?
• What parts of me might be holding onto old patterns around food or body image, and what do they actually need?
• What would it mean to feel more at home in my body?
• What might become possible if food and my body took up less emotional space in my life?
A slower journey, with space to integrate
We’ll meet every other week for three months because this work deserves some room to breathe.
The weeks between our gatherings are part of the journey.
They give you time to notice what happens in real life, become curious about old patterns as they arise, practise relating to yourself differently, and bring whatever you discover back into our next gathering.
And because the group is intentionally small, there is room for meaningful conversation, reflection, questions, individual attention, and genuine connection throughout the experience.
You don’t need to arrive loving your body.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You simply need to be curious about whether your relationship with food, your body, and yourself could become something different.
