Welcome 🩵
My journey into healing has been both personal and profound. From a young age I was drawn to intuitive work and the healing arts, yet my path was shaped as much by struggle as by calling. Early challenges with mental and physical health, layered with the sensitivities of being intuitive, became the very fire that sparked a lifelong quest. For more than 20 years, I have devoted myself to understanding healing in all its dimensions — the physical, the psychological, and the spiritual.
I immersed myself in psychology, nutrition, and naturopathic medicine, and later expanded into meditation, long retreat practice, mindset coaching, and subconscious healing. I felt called to study consciousness-based approaches, transpersonal psychology, and spiritual traditions, all in service of answering one question: What does it truly mean to heal?
Today, I work only with clients who are ready to step into deeper journeys of transformation. My work unfolds in intimate, privately mentored containers of 10 weeks or longer, where I walk alongside a small number of clients at a time.
Below, you’ll find a fuller story of my background and the philosophy that continues to guide me in this work.

My Story
Like many intuitive and sensitive beings, I never felt fully at ease in my body. From my earliest memories, I carried a quiet discomfort — a mix of heightened sensitivity, intuition, and the imprint of childhood trauma. That early pain shaped me deeply, sparking both the unease I lived with and the passion that drives my work today. Even as a child, I longed for a love and connection beyond what I could see, and I dreamed of places I didn’t yet understand — soul spaces, past lives, and the realm between lifetimes. At the time, I had no language for these experiences. Later, I would recognize them as the first threads of my healing journey and my life’s calling.
As a teenager, this inner discomfort and unresolved trauma grew into body shame and disordered eating. My longing for wholeness often felt like an emptiness I couldn’t name. Recovery was one of the hardest passages of my life — but it was also the spark that awakened me. At rock bottom, I touched a light inside myself, a deep inner wisdom that showed me a truth: the body and the soul are inseparably woven. That realization became my compass, pointing me toward psychology, medicine, and the study of the soul.
I went on to complete a degree in psychology and nutrition at McGill University, and later earned my doctorate in naturopathic medicine at the Boucher Institute. Alongside my academic training, I sought mentors in intuition, psychic development, and mediumship. I spent years studying both medicine and mysticism, research and ritual, evidence and energy.
What became clear early in my career is that even with the best integrative and functional medicine, something was missing. Patients found relief, yes — symptoms improved, emotions shifted, lives changed. But the deepest roots of suffering were often untouched. Functional medicine called the gut, the brain, or the emotions the “root cause.” Yet my own experience, and what I witnessed again and again, revealed something deeper: the soul itself.
In long meditation retreats, I journeyed inward, meeting my Self, my intuition, my soul. In those quiet spaces, I knew with certainty that true healing is not just mind–body, but mind–body–soul. Without the soul, healing remains incomplete.
This is why I believe medicine must evolve — and why each of us must reclaim our connection to soul and intuition. True transformation comes when we align with our inner knowing, listen deeply to our bodies, and allow our intuition to guide us. Alignment is that simple, sacred sense of “this feels right.” It’s how we create a life we love.
I’ve learned first-hand that a soul-led life can feel uncertain, even terrifying — but it is also the exact roadmap to our deepest desires. Listening to my soul led me to love, abundance, and a life far more beautiful than I once imagined.
Now, my purpose is clear: to guide others back to themselves — to awaken intuition, align with soul, and discover that healing, transformation, and freedom are already within.
I will show you the way.
